Here are a few FAQs which might answer some questions you have, but if the answer to your question isn't here, then just email me at mail@arualdesigns.com.
- Why are there tags on all the graphics?
It's so no one can steal them and take all the credit but also so that only one person can get a certain graphic. That way your site has a one of a kind graphic.
- Do you remove the tags when I order?
Of course, if you order a certain graphic I will send you the graphic without any tags.
- Are the graphics really free, or are there hidden costs?
No, there are absolutely no hidden costs everything is completely free!
- Do I have to send one e-mail per order form?
I don't mind you can either send one e-mail per order form or you can send more than one form in the same e-mail. It's up to you (:
- How long do you take to send me my ordered graphic?
If it is a premade then you will get it as soon as I read your e-mail (less than 24 hours)
If you asked for some changes to be done to the premade, depending on how many changes it will vary but it should be less than 24 hours.
Finally if you ordered a custom made graphic you should get it within 48 hours.
However, if for some reason I think I will take longer than those delays, I will send you an e-mail to tell you when you can expect your graphic(s).
- Which types of graphics can I get?
Anything really, I can make icons, banners, headers, signatures, buttons, wallpapers, animated gifs, as
long as you specify what you want I can make any graphics you need for your website, forum or blog.
- Do you make full website layouts?
Yes I can if I don't have too many orders coming in at the same time. As this involves coding also it means that I will need a little more time to complete your order, but usually layouts are completed within 72 hours of the first confirmation email you get from me. I will notify you on how long I expect to finish your order.
- Do you make Wordpress layouts?
I can make wordpress layouts based on a theme which has already been created, I make modifications to suit the graphics I use so that it is personalized, but this isn't a completely brand new layout of mine as coding for a wordpress theme involves a lot of coding and files and I'm not an expert... yet! - Do you upload layouts so I don't have to add all of the files and modify code myself?
If that's what you would prefer then yes I can do that for you, remember to send all the info I will need to access your file manager (username, password).
